Anything Blows is a fourteen piece dance band based in the East Midlands; playing a variety of music from the 1930s to the 1990s and featuring music from artists such as Glenn Miller, Count Basie, James Last, and the Beatles. The band features four vocalists in numbers such "Basin Street Blues" (in the true Satchmo style), "Fever", "Big Spender", "Love Letters", "Into Each Life Some Rain Must Fall", James Last and many others.

The band has an extensive repertoire, and can offer a variety of dances, including the barn dance, conga, rumba royal, square tango, Veleta, waltz, military two-step, jive, and the Gay Gordons. Please ask if there are any numbers you would particularly like, and if the band does not already have it, we will try and obtain a copy to play for you.

For the younger members of your function, the band can also offer a disco, Anything Rocks. Our DJ has an extensive CD collection, and offers a wide range of music from the 1960s to 1990s.

Anything Blows is available for hire at venues in the Derby, Nottingham, and Mansfield areas. We may travel further afield subject to availability.
